We believe that when a person gains a sense of wholeness and wellbeing,
the needs of the body, mind and soul are met.
Our church is committed to:
Challenging poverty through our work with vulnerable people experiencing homelessness and need.
Eliminating discrimination in the local community
Treating every individual with the respect they deserve
To serve all from a Christian perspective that promotes love, hope and transformation.

Our Community Drop-in centre is in the heart of King's Road, Chelsea, where the open door policy of Chelsea Methodist Church is at its most visible.
During the COVID-19 season we are still able to support people in need.
We have staff on site daily for guests wishing to collect their post, seek advice or request emergency provisions.
We know how important it is to keep familiar face-to-face interaction with vulnerable members of the community and are maintaining our in-person presence on the King's Road while prioritising safety.
We are open to receive donations of food and clothing items Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10am to 2pm. Thank you from all of us at Chelsea Methodist Church!

Both our café areas are vibrant flexible and quirky spaces, for the community to meet and build friendships. Our aim is to break the cycle of loneliness and provide support for those in need.
Our guests visiting the Community Drop-in use the café at Chelsea daily to meet and receive FREE tea, coffee and light snacks from 9am to 11am.
We also host a variety of groups and activities in our café area. The space is available for hire to organisers of community and private events such as art exhibitions and other functions.
